Curtis Whitfill is the Vice President of SIU Compliance & CE Programs at VRC Investigations. Curtis is a licensed insurance adjuster and holds a Masters Degree in Business and Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Curtis joins VRC Investigations after holding progressively responsible leadership positions at Unified Investigations and Sciences, Avis Budget Group, and USAA as an SIU Investigator, SIU Manager, Claims Manager, and Branch Manager. Curtis also served as an investigator of major crimes at the Texas Department of Insurance and as a consultant/expert witness following more than a decade as a police officer. Curtis has been a certified trainer for more than 30 years.
